Got to take a demo ride on this today. Very smooth ride even with suspension that was softer than would be called for with someone of my mass.
They're made in Serbia and are known for being good off-road recumbent trikes.

Doch, ein Liege-Trike passt in die Ente — zumindest bei ausgebauter Rücksitzbank, mit Queue (Kofferaumverlängerung, welche die Ente sozusagen zu einem Stufenheckauto macht) und mit dem einzelnen Rad zwischen den Vordersitzen.
(Eigentlich wäre ja nur das erste Foto der Vorschlag, aber ich habe das zweite Foto auch mal angehängt, falls jemand eine weitere Perspektive interessiert.)

Doing with the #KMX #recumbent #trike what it was built for (KMX stands for Kart #BMX): Doing silly and fun things like #drifting and #powerslide|s. And tipping over when the #slowmotion finally worked.
So here you see me in slow motion proving that you really can tip over a low tadpole style recumbent trike, even with less friction having knobby MTB tires on tarmac. 🤪

Tested for you (and me 😇) today: These bike safety flags survive 50 km/h (downhill on tarmac) although the fibre pole bends heavily as I could see in the rearview mirror. (And I had lot of fun, including two serpentines. 😁)
In other news: I also fixed the #speedometer of my #KMX #recumbent #trike yesterday. 😎

My #KMX #recumbent #trike now has a large bike safety flag from https://www.bikeflags.de/ for improved #visibility, especially behind hedgerows with drive exits.
Ordered the L size. #biggerisbetter 😉 Was bigger than expected. Actually it's so big, that the trike looks rather small that way. I also now have to be more careful when pulling it backwards into the garage. The top of the pole touches the open garage door. 🙈🤪

@DazzlingDamo: Oh, thanks! My #Citroën #2CV is definitely not in museum condition, but at least technically in good condition (galvanized chassis, etc.). It has about 350'000km on the clock. Built in 1989, i.e. from about 1 year before they ended the production. Originally a white car, now firefighter-colored. Have a picture from a few months ago + 2 from last summer with my #KMX #trike loaded into the extensible trunk. @Cyb3rrunn3r: Hmmmja, dadurch, dass das #KMX #Trike komplett ungefedert ist, machen holperige Wege weniger Spaß.
Original waren Beinahe-Slicks drauf. Aber ich wollte damit auch Wald- und Feldwege fahren können. Habe deswegen gröbere Reifen draufmachen lassen. (Schwalbe #RocketRon und #BlackJack — Warum muss ich bei dem Namen immer an Futurama denken? 😉)
Aber seit ich damit ein paar Mal unterwegs war, ist mir klar geworden, dass es Trekking-Reifen auch getan hätten.

@pws: Of course they sleep indoors! The Bromptons even in my flat. 😎 The #Winterbrompton (orange, with studded tires) hasn't seen the road (or snow) since the pandemic. 😒 The red #Brompton sleeps on a shoe tray. Bathing is an issue. Can only do the cleaning in the bathtub. 😟 The other #bicycles + the #CityEL are in the garage. (The #2CV has to park outside.) Haven't used the #RadiusHornet for years, though, especially not since I got the #KMX #trike. And the #Fateba #Longbike needs restoration.

In 2020 I took over this #KMX #recumbent #trike from @Obri's estate. I think he'd liked what I made out of it. These are 4 red Knog+ (handlebar+backrest), 2 white Knog+ (handlebar) and 1 Lezyne Strip Drive Front—which I unfortunately had to mount with #cableties to the front bracket bearing. (And yes, in the long term I'd like to have hub dynamo lighting on it as on my Bromptons. 😎 But for @mch2022camp this must suffice—if I manage to get this thing tied to the roof of my camper. 🤪) @fedibikes
