Welp, my alarm went off, woke me up but because of the fail of s good night's sleep (my body trying to bake me alive) I must have fallen asleep before being able to get myself up.

After an hour of sleep I woke up to a body cooking itself from the inside. Yes, my torso has been reduced to a self ovening oven.
I shoved some ambient music on to help me back to sleep but after nearly an hour I'm done trying.- What's for pre-breakfast?

Less than 4 hours sleep & my body trying to roast me after two days of ridiculously high temps. Today is supposed to be 10°C cooler but right now at 05:35 it feels 10°C hotter than the last two days.
So, nobody remind me what it's like to feel comfortable or relatively comfortable.So… this is what the frying pan looks like from down here in the fire?

My body & brain are definitely in full Saturday mode. Knackered after breakfast, reading & then a bit of shopping after a walk in the park.
Could be it's just a tad too warm, even with the strong breeze.
Bumped into a neighbour just as I got home & he's moaning it's too cold & too windy.
Mate, it's still June, summer's still got 2½ months to go. It could still deep fry us in August if we've fecked enough of nature & the environment up.If it gets any warmer I may need to invest in a chest freezer, so I have somewhere to go to cool off.
