Less than 4 hours sleep & my body trying to roast me after two days of ridiculously high temps. Today is supposed to be 10°C cooler but right now at 05:35 it feels 10°C hotter than the last two days.
So, nobody remind me what it's like to feel comfortable or relatively comfortable.So… this is what the frying pan looks like from down here in the fire?

My body & brain are definitely in full Saturday mode. Knackered after breakfast, reading & then a bit of shopping after a walk in the park.
Could be it's just a tad too warm, even with the strong breeze.
Bumped into a neighbour just as I got home & he's moaning it's too cold & too windy.
Mate, it's still June, summer's still got 2½ months to go. It could still deep fry us in August if we've fecked enough of nature & the environment up.If it gets any warmer I may need to invest in a chest freezer, so I have somewhere to go to cool off.

Personal preferences aside: it’s way #toowarm for November. So much, that I find it unsettling.
It’s not cold enough for #flora and #fauna to hibernate, yet not warm enough for #hedgehogs, #squirrels and the likes to find food.
