@miiakosonen Joo, se ala ei ole uskottava, koska johtamisjärjestelmää ei ole muotoiltu riittävästi.
On kyllä ajatusjohtajia, mutta puuttuu ajatuspäällikötaso (ainakaan LinkedInissä ei kukaan kerro olevansa sellainen), jolloin ajatusten jalkauttaminen, implementointi, ei aina toimi.
Epäselvää on usein myös, että raportoiko ajatusjohtaja CEO:lle vai esim. tietohallintojohtajalle #thoughtManagement
