OK that was hard. Stupid HR too high again, 6h ride, 3h in z4...
But I did it . 110k, 1500mEG
Recon I Will have trouble staying sitted for a couple days ...
Food management okeish. Took 2l of electrolyte. Drank all. 1 refill at a cemetery. 1 stop at a bar for bike color matching drink.
GPS is a wahoo element roam. Used it for the last 75 k. Think I've solved the navigation issue.

ceci dit le magasin de vélo qui, n'ayant toujours pas reçu le vélo commandé m'en prête un du même modèle : bravo et merci
(même si le vélo prété était rouge / orange)
