Anyone use the #ABI 7500 Fast Real Time PCR System? We had to do some #TaqMan genotyping. It generates EDS extension files.
The Thermo site says we can't download the software without being a registered purchaser. 🙄
Anyone know 1) anything about the format of EDS files, or 2) know a software tool to pull the data from the file?
