Sabudana Khichdi - The Sago Saga Continues
Mothers Recipe
Soak one cup sabudana after washing well. Soak for 3 hours till grains feel soft. Roast groundnuts one cup. Keep half aside & coarsely powder the rest. Boil 2 medium potatoes. Peel & cut into quarters. Heat oil in kadai, saute mustard seeds & jeera, red chillies. Add potatoes & whole roasted groundnuts, salt to taste. Saute for a minute. Add sabudana. Saute till cooked.
