Mango Sago — The Sago Saga continues

Recipe by J (antecedents lost in the misty haze of good food)

Soak Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls / Sago) for at least one hour. Boil until translucent, cool & drain. Puree over-ripe Safeda mangoes; dice Sindhoora. Mix with fresh cream or coconut milk, mash well, leave some chunks. Chill. Add condensed milk, for sweetness, if needed — skip if mangoes are sweet enough.

I'm already considering some case mods, primarily a power switch of some kind and a reset button - will require making holes in the brand new case 🙈

I'm also considering getting a 3D printed insert made up to support/guide cables to the USB port, as at the moment you need to pay pretty close attention to plug it in correctly.

Getting more ambitious (and not possible with ZMK, at least not yet), I'd like to add an OLED screen to integrate with the rotary encoder support!

@jynersolives #TimothyZahn is my favourite #StarWars author! #TheMandalorian was funny but I also loved the #RepublicCommando books, I probably got nostalgic about #Mando content. Haven't seen #Boba yet, never liked him. #Solo was ok. #ObiWan was disappointing from the storytelling aspect, but I enjoyed seeing him again. I liked #RougeOne. The animated ones didn't catch me, don't like the animation style (like the #BadBatch story though). But the whole new trilogy? Just urgh.
