  23. Tropical Storm #Talim is forecast to reach #typhoon strength before approaching #HongKong, #Macau, and the Chinese provinces of #Guangdong and #Hainan in the southern part of the country.

    Rainfall over the next three days is forecast in the 80-250 mm range which will likely cause landslides and flash flooding.
