I just installed Sync for Lemmy because I was curious what all the hype is about (never used it for Reddit) and I totally get it! The app is just plain amazing to use and light years ahead of any other Lemmy client but the free version includes Google ads and tracker and payments are done through Google Play so I can't use it properly on my degoogled phone! :(
