    "#SubstrateIndependence" in #AI and #philosophy is a faulty concept.

    Everything in this universe runs on a single #substrate, #physics. And of that it's in practice just #ElectromagneticField and #electrons.

    There are no separate substrates for machine and biological minds, it's all just electrons.

    The whole idea is just redressed #dualism.
