Almost seems she knows she's in over her head and getting tossed early (while appearing loyal) is her exit strategy.

When I first heard about the pool draining fiasco at Mar-a-Lago, I thought there’s no way anyone could be stupid enough to try to do that to cover up evidence. But the new charges sure make it look a lot more like the pool was intentionally drained into the server room.
