Stamppot heb je in heel veel verschillende smaken en varianten. Het wordt voornamelijk gegeten tijdens winterse dagen maar dat het ook een voorjaarsgerecht kan zijn bewijst Hugo. Hij maakt een frisse stamppot met sla, zeekraal en zelfgemaakte surf-en-turf gehaktballen....

Het is misschien even wennen, maar het blijkt hartstikke gezond te zijn: eendenkroos, ook wel bekend als waterlinzen. Het groene spul mag vanaf nu in de Europese Unie worden verkocht als voedsel voor mensen. Het is de uitkomst van een goedkeuringsproces dat jaren heeft geduurd.

Making #boerenkool #stamppot because frankly I have way too much kale and it's a pretty easy dish to make.

@Gina @cavaliertusky kale is great, but having it with salmon I'm not sure of. Won't knock it before I've tried it though. :)
Looks like the kale has been parboiled? These days I prefer kale as good as raw, though for a #boerenkool #stamppot mash I'm also okay with mixing it with the steaming hot potatoes and letting it sit and soften that way. :)
Needs a good gravy with onions and preferably bacon bits or crisp-fried lard dice though!
