In September 2006, the railway between Klostermansfeld and Wippra, nicknamed "Wipperliese" still had a regular railway service. One detail catched my attention : the decoration of the window in front of the railcar. Nowadays, the railway is running as a historical line.

Groesbeek – Kleef
De Tweede Kamer stemt voor een motie die onderzoek naar heropening van de spoorlijn Nijmegen-Kleef bepleit. Verkiezingstijd dus morgen gratis bier.
Dat is grappig zeg, daar fietste ik dus pas.
Tussen Groesbeek en Kleef ligt het spoor nog maar daar rijden tegenwoordig draisines – fietsen zich over rails kunnen voortbewegen. Tot voor kort had ik het nooit in het echt gezien.
