Moving from #Russia to Germany represents a considerable improvement in basic quality of life. I thought I'd won. All I had to do now was sort out my alcohol addiction and I was ready to start working hard again for long enough. But once I #sobered up and looked at the world as it was, I panicked. Everything was #broken. There was nowhere to run.

And that's exactly why I'm #speaking here now.

I don't know how to fix this broken world. Yet. But I have a theory. And I think it can't hurt to try.

I think we have to keep #trying. #Together.

As a project manager, I've seen the #power of collective #minds. But first we need to collect a lot of data from each other to #synchronise so that we can work together.

That means talking. Communicate. Share. Explain and defend our truths. But not by shouting at each other.

For some reason I #believe #Mastodon can be a good place to try.
