Yesterday we did a lil more work on Earthquack! A cute lil #pico8 game made by me :)
The next goal is to add complexity to the procedural generation engine - being able to spawn more complex blocks such as these would go a long way in making the game feel more interesting!

I really enjoyed “Small Game” by Blair Braverman, the story of a group of contestants in a reality survival show. Braverman is an elegant and perceptive writer, and the descriptions of the main character’s personality development her relationships with the others are interesting and nuanced. There is also a wealth of information about survival tactics and wilderness lore that integrates nicely with the story. Recommended. #bookish #uglydogs #BlairBraverman #SmallGame
