The song of the day is Skip James song I'm so glad.
For me, he is the only vocalist who rivals blind Willie Mcctell as a performer. though Mississippi John Hurt and Robert Johnston are my favorite composers of the style.

This is the kind of blues that is so beautiful and sad it will make you cry.These recordings probably have been bootlegged a million times. This release is as good as you're going to get because it's being released by ORG. Their co-owner/producer Andrew has very high standards. I have a bunch of ORG titles and they all are stellar. Great label.
