This is my skillet bread. I make it with buckwheat flour, egg, salt, and baking powder. But it also has ginger, turmeric, and black pepper (anti-inflammatory spices).
I call it "gunpowder bread," and my wife calls it "radioactive bread" because of its color. Either way, it's very healthy for me, easy to make, and very tasty.#skilletbread #buckwheat #glutenfree #antiInflammatory #AutoimmuneDiseases #actuallyautistic
