#IDF is currently "investigating" 48 cases of Palestinian deaths, most of which involved prisoners captured in the Gaza Strip. However, no charges have been filed or cases closed in any of these deaths.
Of the known Palestinian deaths, 36 are being held in the Sde Teman prison, two were on their way there, two were transferred to detention facilities, one was detained in the Gaza Strip, and one was a woman who approached the Israeli military near the border fence.
According to IDF sources, 70 criminal investigations have been opened since the beginning of the conflict, including cases of abuse, assault, weapons theft, and violence.
IDF sources say that six of the remaining cases involve deaths in the Gaza Strip that violated military orders, either on the way from or during interrogation in Israel.
An IDF source who spoke to #Haaretz said that as of now, none of the individuals involved in the cases have been found in detention.

Il campo militare israeliano di Sde Teman, situato tra Beersheba e Gaza, è stato trasformato in una prigione simile a #Guantanamo, ha dichiarato Euro-Med Monitor.
I detenuti sono tenuti in condizioni estreme, simili a gabbie per polli all'aperto, senza accesso a cibo e acqua per lunghi periodi di tempo.
