  6. First, the #beagle & I did 3.7 miles, and saw a sweet baby squirrel w/its momma. Then I had a great #run today, good distance, great pace, had a solid sprint at the end, everything about it was great.

    Except I had one of those awful #runners experiences: a fly, flew into my mouth, straight to the back of my throat.

    Three minutes of coughing and whatever managed to dislodge it, but ugh was that awful.

  9. Been wearing a Polar Vantage watch for about 18 months and noticed its left a rut in my wrist because of the raised part were the hr monitor is. Don’t want to give the thing up as its a great watch. Just hoping the upgrade solves the problem. Doubt the photo of my wrist shows what I mean 🤷🏻‍♂️ #runnersproblems #running
