Książka prezentuje się fantastycznie , posiada ogrom przepisów i jest dość grubiutka. Królują w niech zarówno dania tradycyjne , jak i nowsze odsłony. Jedynym mankamentem tak świetnie wydanej pozycji , jest fakt, że nie ma zdjęć wszystkich potraw. Oczywiscie dostępna jest w języku angielskim.
