My husb & I were massive fans - we played Jeff's music at our wedding. My husb saw him play 15+ times, & I 5 times.
On my 2016 #handpainted #map of British #RockMusic, Jeff was one of the first figures I painted in, the blue figure bottom right, as he appears on his 1976 masterpiece, 'Wired'.
We shall miss him terribly. 😥

So its #RIPJeffBeck... I've always thought Beck seemed a restless soul, never quite able to find the sorts of musical production that suited his (clearly) major talent... I might be wring, but somehow he never quite found what he wanted in music (despite, in fairness, some pretty extensive searching). Perhaps that restlessness was key to his talent?
