An excellent debut album that wasn’t fully appreciated until after their first live album was released. I often wonder if things might have been different had the cover art been more in line with their later releases (e.g., Love Gun, Destroyer).
There are lots of excellent tracks here that they continued to play live for decades — even after retirement.

I just cracked open the new Kiss Alive! box set. It sounds excellent however it does feels a little redundant with the live shows included in the Dressed to Kill box set. I love the replica poster of the hand-drawn banner seen on the original album back cover.
