Indexing the the #fediverse is an inherently political topic because it makes instances and individuals legible to #surveillancecapitalism but the current #rhizomatic discovery process feels unsatisfactory to most of us.
We need tools for #discovery that enable #serendipity without creating #extractive dynamics.
