Suppose those are just designed to capture information so as to control stupid and intelligent agents. If not why finance the use of autonomous agents to hack others systems and build drones to replace the conventional weapons of war?
As built, designed and or owned proprietary software is distributed by data centres. No doubt some people believe they are very clever because they can convince the public intelligence can be artificial when CS is just mimicry used to control their decision making. It is very stupid to believe you know what intelligence is if Ai is just a con; an information grab by broligarchs to profit from the theft and destruction of resources including IP. Suppose intelligence is artificial if that means information can be processed to correct presuppositions by subsuming the values of it, replicate, interact and sublate it.
