Prof. Irja Shaanika of NUST Namibia motivated participants at Django Day on how women should participate in tech events and careers, emphasizing the importance of involvement from a young age to help reduce the gender gap in technology.
She encouraged them to consider joining institutions of higher learning and pursuing careers in cybersecurity and software development in general.
The future is female!
