I've just eaten a fab Christmas #Pizza at Proven Pizza in Stone, Staffs. They're not a vegan pizzeria (sadly), but do have several interesting vegan offerings including the Verdure di Natale:
Roasted butternut squash and garlic puree, with diced roasted potato, plantbased bacon, pan-fried Brussels sprouts, fresh sage and red onion, and topped with a redcurrant drizzle.
Sounds mad - was absolutely delicious!
