Apple notes part 3. The one that's good in storage. It is sharp, in a good way. Crisp texture after two months' storage. Feels like there's more storing left if wanted or needed. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating it. Really good yield, acceptable flavour, excellent storage. Edit good, verging on excellent flavour.
