Lohnt sich vermutlich nie, aber mir ginbg es darum Mitarbeitern ohne Lademöglichkeit Strom anbieten zu können und falls die e-Firmenflotte noch wächst muss die ja auch laden.

Если кратко, эти книги — «Boss: бесподобный или бесполезный» и «Разработка ценностных предложений» — работают в разных плоскостях продакт-менеджмента. Первая — про людей и команду: как выстраивать взаимодействие, сплачивать группу, создавать «командную химию». Она о том, как команда становится племенем с общими смыслами и ритуалами. Вторая книга — про инструменты продакта, хардовую часть профессии: как анализировать клиентов, формулировать ценностные предложения, проводить исследования и превращать данные в решения. Если первая учит, как работать с людьми, то другая — как работать с продуктом.

I’ve been sitting on this #tmnt #arcade cabinet for way too long. I’ve been waiting almost a year for #cpo (control panel overlay) & #sideart, plus motivation to start on this project. I already had the #crt #monitor rebuilt & I everything for the control panel. Today started my vacation so I removed the old side art & began to bondo & sanding. I only need to define the bottom with bondo & then I can move to paint. I’m done for now. I’m tired.

Мой взгляд сразу упал на любимицу дам Джейн Остин и её «Гордость и предубеждение», потому что это идеальная иллюстрация Agile. «Наташа, мы всё уронили», — таких историй за мой восьмилетний рабочий стаж в продакт-менеджменте хватит с лихвой. Особенно когда ты имеешь дело не просто с понятным продуктом для конечного потребителя, а со сложным софтом, где даже секундное падение серверов или спорное цветовое решение админской стойки может привести к факапу. Поэтому, когда я перешла в ISPsystem из ИТ-аудита в банке, мне казалось, что я сменила не только работу, но и Вселенную.
