My pollinator-mix finally blooms! I wish there were more bumblebees and bees though. The visitors at the moment are mostly hoverflys. Don't get me wrong, I love the little helicopters, but I'm not sure how important pollinators they are :blobcatcoffee:

Usually by this time of year this milkweed has been absolutely demolished by dozens of monarch caterpillars. This year I've only seen a single butterfly and this caterpillar. There must be more I'm not seeing but so far this year the weather seems to be in favour of the plant and not the insect.
