What a delight it was! Funny, clever, and oddly moving.

I would recommend getting hold of the Everyman's Library edition, as the introduction by David Lodge is both informative and perceptive.

特别特别喜欢！很轻松诙谐的小书！我一直以来都不喜欢以主角命名的小说，总觉得是作者懒得提炼，但这本不一样，这本讲的就是 Pnin 这个人，而不是他身边发生的事情，他做的事情说的话也会用 Pninian，Pninize 来表述，所以没有比这更合适的标题了。
因为 Pnin 这个人倒霉可嫌又可爱，我读起来有很多共鸣，而且最后 Pnin 很猝不及防地得知自己的职位不保，但是在得到新 offer 的时候却又说自己厌倦了教书，没有接受，想到了我最近的遭遇！
