The Salmon PLT was one of my favorite dishes ever at the Disneyland Resort. Grilled salmon, crispy pancetta, roasted tomatoes, romaine, and lemon bacon aioli on toasted focaccia. It is gone now, but the Little Gem Salmon Salad captures similar flavors. Disney, bring this back.

The Lobster Nachos at Lamplight Lounge feature warm tortilla chips lobster a creamy four cheese sauce black beans pico serrano peppers and chipotle crema. A huge portion around $24.00 and one of the most iconic dishes on Pixar Pier.

Lamplight Lounge – Boardwalk Dining is the outdoor upstairs patio overlooking Pixar Pier. It serves shareable bites like Lobster Nachos ($26.00), Spotlight Nachos ($25.00), and Angus Sliders ($22.00), plus themed cocktails such as the Scream Canister ($19.00). Reservations began in 2025, and a to‑go bar lets guests grab drinks for the pier.

Pixar Pier at night is one of DCA’s brightest spots, with neon lights, reflections on Paradise Bay, and the rush of the Incredicoaster launch. Since 2018 it’s been home to four Pixar neighborhoods and now hosts World of Color – Happiness!

Went on #ToyStoryMidwayMania the other day, and I noticed that next to Mr. Potato Head outside is a full copy of the #Disneyland70 sticker book, as well as various stickers on the wall. I would still love if they sold those stickers, but the husband pointed out that people would just put those stickers all over things at the park.
