@autisticrealms always use hashtags like #PMLD / #PIMD. Mastodon searches on hashtags rather than algorithms. Looks like #PIMD might return some results.

@brainpilgrim yes I didn't think I could go that wrong but equally it is bizarre considering the news is saying how many people are here.....
I guess some #actuallyautistic people are able to advocate for themselves and are joining for social reasons then may be carers / parents / teachers / charities for those with #PMLD, #PIMD will probably join on here soon too.....maybe?

@brainpilgrim I have just put out a tweet on twitter, i wasn't sure how it worked here as i know this server neurodifferent is about neurodivergence so didn't know if i needed to join another server to connect with those talking about #PMLD, #PIMD or whether they all join up ?
