Spent some hours in the kitchen today to make Nan-e Nokhodchi. This time was the third time and finally they got quite well, they are soft, tasty and my wife approved.
Oh, and I made a Persian cake. Two of them to be exactly, the small for us and the bigger version will be fed to the office.
In total those stuff probably has more calories than... nah, I don't want to know 😉

Like "A" for "Apple" with a picture of an apple, "B" for "Banana" etc...
