Made my spicy Thai dish yesterday. I just started using breaded chicken because I hate cutting chicken slices.
Fish sauce, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, red peppers, chili flakes, salt, ginger.
Fresh Basil leaves added after its almost done in the Wok dish. I can't flip it like professional cooks can, so I stir and fold it as best as possible
I like mine a little spicy with Basil to offset that with it's coolness.
