I wouldn’t say #BunnyLakeIsMissing is #OskarPreminger’s best film - it’s hard to beat #AnatomyOfAMurder -, but it’s his film that’s closest to my heart. A woman reports her young daughter missing, but there seems to be no evidence that the daughter ever existed. The film is so far ahead of its time. Masterfully directed by Preminger, with outstanding performances by #CarolLynley and #LaurenceOlivier. - #CineMastodon #FilmMastodon
