I remember those #environment #reviews. I hope these rules don't "trump" Georgia's DNR authority for example.
Either way I hope nuclear #operators will still conduct their own environmental reviews.
Just think about how costly it would be to halt #construction, or even worse have to do something after the #reactor is live, because an environmental review wasn't performed. It's going to be 100x more expensive (if not more) to fix any issues after a reactor has been built than to fix things before construction begins.
