With a quick web search, I got the impression that select committee hearings aren't part of the Hansard. Which only covers debates in the house itself.
(EDIT: Maybe they are part of the Hansard? Unsure)
Instead, select committee transcripts are part of their reports. To find these, we go to;
... and click on 'select committees' under 'Parliamentary business'. Then click on the relevant committee.

I filed Grievance #2 today concerning Salem's handling of the Verrus data-center NDA.
It asks whether, after the NDA and project were disclosed, the Council's decision to let the arrangement continue without public action amounted to acquiescence, approval, authorization, or ratification.
This is the first step to requesting an investigation with the Oregon Government Ethics Commission.

The grievance addresses the July 13 meeting, when the City Manager publicly disclosed the project and the City’s #NDA without that subject being identified on the agenda.
