I have found open fonts, which have the Mastodon logo, but i haven't seen any open font, with a free license with logos for peertube, pixelfed or any other fediverse application.
Can anyone of you give me a hint?
And from the license, we should be able to selfhost it.

Someone know what happened to https://lokalcontainer.com/TYPEFACES / https://github.com/Lokal-Container ? I wanted to download some of their typefaces today but their Github hosting the fonts doesn’t exist anymore.

Das Problem der geringen Unterscheidbarkeit z. B. von kleinem l (L) und großem I (i) betrifft nicht nur Schulkinder. Findet man partout keine Schrift, die alle Zeichen optimal bietet, macht man sich eben selber eine Schrift: aus freien Schriften kann man sich eine neue Schrift zusammenkopieren – muss die dann aber natürlich frei lizenzieren.
Das geht ziemlich einfach mit Fontforge oder anderen Font-Editoren.
