@ZenHeathen i've taken to writing ublock rules to block all of the cookie popups. my theory is it puts the site in a legal grey area since they never recieve consent to use cookies at all (and i don't care, since the browser dumps their cookies when i close the tab anyway)

A good candidate for the Next Big Supply Chain Vector is OneTrust which seems to be a very popular service for managing cookie consent across web assets.

The integration requires loading multiple remote scripts, and the docs mention nothing about subresource integrity protection, except for this little mention in the section for an obscure feature 🥴

#OneTrust is such a shady organization. I went to check the cookie settings on a site I was visiting, and it LOOKED like the toggles were set to off, but in reality, they were still active. Totally gross and misleading behavior!
