got a design down for Aidyth... for now. might still mess with the leg and hair, but those are the most swappable bits anyway!
Aidyth (he/they, kobold) lost his leg in a workplace accident, but now works as the personal assistant for the owner of a large trading company. he's aromantic, easygoing and loyal, and has an amazing memory and great organizational skills. he's actually more of a side character so he doesn't have much of an arc.

One of my recent drawings for my character Solange. Her design is based off of a #dunsparce from pokemon which is probably my favorite or at least in the top 5.
She's part of a dungeon crawling team as an homage to pokemon mystery dungeon. That's the reason for the scarf tied around her neck, which is what the player teams wear in most (or all?) the games.

This was her early design, although neither of these outfits were the primary one I drew her in. Basically every outfit was a button up and neck bow though. 😅

This is my character Mentha (or Mint). She's an alien, though you can't tell as much with this version of her.
Her previous design was on the nerdier scientist side. Nowadays, she's meant to be a bit more punk and in the tech field.

I like giving my characters a fully human version and some alternative non-human version (though not all anthro).

Next character in my intro list is Naomi. She's my second newest character (relatively), so the only major change she's gone through is a different hair color.
I mostly just draw her in hoodies, but I've been working on figuring out a more interesting closet for her when I make everyone's updated character refs.

This is what she looked as a ghost. It's also another variation of the drifloon outfit with the x on her sweater.
A lot of my characters are just me exploring different fashion aesthetics, so she's been pastel goth since I first designed her.
In her witch revamp, she'll probably start dressing with more of a dark academia twist, but I plan to keep the purple and yellow elements.

I'd like to make an intro post for my characters since they'll come up often.
To start it out, this is Helena! She's based on a drifloon from Pokemon, so her initial design was a ghost but I'm working on revamping her into a witch instead.
The second outfit is the main drifloon one, with an x necklace and heart tights.She's a bit of a gloomy person, but does enjoy others company from time to time.

Joshua Farmer (b2004) is an agricultural scientist from the US Midwest. He grumbles, but he's actually pretty easy-going.
He actually has a PhD, but he prefers not to use the "Dr." in front of his name, since he identifies as a farmer -- but on the Moon. He's responsible for growing the food and has his work cut out for him!
Married to Anya, Tim's father.

Ana Anatolyeva Titova (b2005) aka Anya Titova Farmer, is the colony's business manager and a major investor. The youngest daughter in a very rich family in the space business, she's struggled to stand out on her own, started her own satellite company, and then sunk everything into a colonization plan and effectively become a peasant. Married to Josh Farmer (backstory there), mother of Tim Farmer.

At 22, Tina Harris is probably the youngest person working at Iridium Base, and one of the radio voices for the base -- just young enough to be the object of Tim's teenage crush, but old enough to ignore it.
Although not seen in person until ep.5, we will hear her voice in ep.3 (already recorded), provided by Karen Jagger.

Rob Lerner (b1993, Texas, USA) is the founder of the International Space Foundation and the main promoter behind the ISF-1 moon colony, as well as the "Lunar Independent Biosphere Research Experiment" (LIBRE) that preceded it. Hiromi's husband, Georgiana's dad.
His hair used to be red, now more white. Struggles to control his weight.

General Theophilus Salt (age 70, b1970, West Virginia, USA) commands the 50th Space Wing, and recently moved its command to the Moon in support of "LunaNav".
He wanted to do a tour on the Moon before retiring and he made it happen.
Major Mark Spenser (age 30, b2010, New Mexico, USA / Navajo) is primarily in charge of provisioning and logistics, so he works with Anya Farmer a lot.
Mysteriously, he never seems to rotate back to Earth.

Hiromi (Aoki) Lerner: born Torrence, CA 2001, only daughter of David Aoki, of Aoki Avionics, a small SoCal space contractor.
She's 39 in 2040, when "Lunatics!" begins. She was a star pianist in her youth, went into premed in University, then got excited about space settlement, where she met Rob Lerner, just as he was promoting the then-new "International Space Foundation".
