The fact that a senior government minister boasts about successfully derailing a deal for a whole year – while it is known that these failures cost the lives of dozens of hostages and many soldiers – more than anything indicates the decay that has spread within the country's leadership. Ben Gvir's words should serve as an important reminder: the return of all the hostages and the end of the war are only the first step on the long road to rehabilitating Israel from the misdeeds of Netanyahu and his [criminal] gang.
