OMG the foraging craze had started! I was doing just fine picking chanterelles that grow in the undergrowth and rarely where these summer ceps (Boletus reticulatus) like to - exactly in the middle of a forest trail. Which is where I found this little fun guy. And that was it, I got triggered. Of course I then combed the trails, up and down and left and right, over the hills and far away. And... nothing. I could have picked double, triple the amount of chanterelles I had. But no... I had to go for the prize. So I lost. Next time! I'll get you next time, you wait and see :)
