That means that the #venezuelan #hiv #population is likely to be out of meds within a few months.

#NPOs should absolutely NOT be engaging in electioneering.
But we can *and should* engage in political speech.
Ex:
If my org, a civil rights org, thinks the gradual chipping away of civil rights is problematic, we CAN & WILL take any opportunity to call that out.That's political.
