Along with all the lovely natives starting to appear, of course there are the not-so-lovely noxious weeds too
Houndstongue rosettes popping up here and there. Gotta get rid of those. The Mule Deer eat on them and it causes liver failure

In Seattle's Golden Gardens, I came across a garlic mustard pesticide application site while out on a hike.
Via King County's garlic mustard identification and control page: "The fact that it is self fertile means that one plant can occupy a site and produce a seed bank. Plant stands can produce more than 62,000 seeds per square meter to quickly out compete local flora, changing the structure of plant communities on the forest floor."
