@piersb @marick The harmless version is to ask to prototype a solution before writing code. And then hearing that there's no time for prototyping and the team should start coding.

I don't want to be bothered with agility assessments
because my observations, sense-making, conclusions, interactions and understanding of the teams needs go waaaaaaaay beyond anything that can be codified in a predefined questionaire.

@stephane_jans A couple of weeks back, I was sitting through a demo meeting where the "demo master" (don't ask 🙄) silenced one of the other attendees for asking a question. Who needs feedback when you're perfect, right? #notmyagile

Too common. Too dysfunctional. If you can't finish a story, reduce scope. Don't estimate stories, narrow them to 1-2 days going into the Sprint. ("Can I make this smaller" is a very different question than "how big is this," & requires no estimation at all.)
