NHTSA throws a batch of regulation exemptions Zoox's way including: Windshield washing and defrosting, reflective devices, rear visibility, glazing systems, brake systems, and WAIT for it - Occupant Crash Protection!

Zoox is limited to deploying ~2,500 vehicles annually for two years. Zoox is planning to begin charging for rides - first in Las Vegas, then elsewhere.
