Spent way more time in the kitchen than I had expected. I boiled a batch of peanuts, made a delicious beef stew, and tried making some “breakfast” musubi.
For the musubi, I added some eggs to freshly cooked rice, then mixed them together. I then shaped the egg-rice in a #musubi press before crisping the little rice patties on a pan. Instead of SPAM, I used canned corned beef. I cut it up into thin slices, coated it with soy sauce, then crisped it up on a pan. #cooking
