🔹 When: The moment you’re stuck in a mental loop (anger, anxiety, indecision).

Do This:
1️⃣ Pause. (Yes, now. Stop scrolling and do it.)
2️⃣ Locate your left pinky toe. Don’t move it—just feel it. Is it warm? Cold? Pressing against your shoe? Floating in space?
3️⃣ Scan upward:
▪️ Left ankle.
▪️ Right knee.
▪️ The space between your eyebrows.
▪️ The weight of your tongue in your mouth.
4️⃣ Ask: "Which of these sensations is ‘me’?"
