The title is a direct play on Clinton's funk team "P-Funk," and kind of a nod to Mick's roots in "Funk Punk."

Currently enjoying Big Audio Dynamite's Megatop Phoenix album.
I remember in 1989, when this album came out the college radio DJ played it in full and said, "This is the future of music."
It is a jam for sure.
