I was reading an article about #mewing because as a #GenX I had no idea what people were talking about.
The article stated that most people's tongues rest at the bottom of their mouth. It was then that I realized mine does not. Now my brain won't let it go as I am acutely aware where my tongue is in my mouth and I hate it.
